ممکن است بهخوبی اثبات شود که هیچ کاری کاملاً متضمن راه حل نیست، حتی در شرایط محدود مرجع: درصورتیکه استحکام زندگینامه تا حد زیادی بر متن نظر داشته باشد، چنین انتظاری هیچ قطعیتی برای نتیجهای ارزشمند ارائه نمیدهد؛ هر متنِ قابلقبول ناگزیر تقریباً برپایهٔ یگانه معیار ارشدیت میان نُسَخِ خطی خواهد بود و قدیمیترین نسخ خطی شرقی، بهویژه اگر در خارج از دوران نویسنده قرار گیرد، لزوماً بهطور مطلق کاملترین و دقیقترین نیست.
طبق نظر برخی از محققان معاصر، اقصی البقیع یعنی منطقهای که جزو بقیع است و این کوچه نیز غرب به شرق بوده است (العیاشی، ۱۳۹۲، ص315). هماکنون اسلام از نظر پیروان عقیدتی از دید شمار رسمی با ۱٫۹۱ میلیارد نفر پیروان، پس از جمعیت مسیحیان و پیش از خداناباوران، در جایگاه دوم جهان، جای دارد.
